the only thing i will bother to explain in the pics, atm, is the ones taken of the three of us, seven days after the hospital... the objects we are holding up are radios they use around the house, especially for emergencies... long story, i suppose, but, it makes you sort of an integrated, hard-wired part of the household to have one...

i plan to eventually post some notes about it all and excerpts from emails and messages exchanged during the time...
